At Equity Assets, we started from a humble beginnings with a single property in the Niagara Region. Within one year we expanded to 10 residential and 5 retails / plazas. Over the next 20 years we connected 7500-8000 property owner and or managers to the trades across Canada. The NEW goal is to manage properties directly with OWNERS. Our main focus is to manage and maintain properties in the Niagara Region. Equity Assets Property Management have grown and the main goal is to become a leading property management company in the industry.
