Equity Assets PM’s focus is on addressing the root causes of poverty and hunger through partnership with a local communities and leaders. We’ll offer various programs, including emergency response, resilience building, and making sure your tenant are eating regularly. We provide a report monthly to you the Property Owner. The rationale is tenant rent commitment plus food options with community partners at local food charities or organizations.
Financial Literacy
Financial literacy is the cognitive understanding of financial components and skills such as budgeting, investing, borrowing, taxation, and personal financial management. The absence of such skills is referred to as being financially illiterate. Our biggest focus is helping tenants understand where they are currently and how to manage their money. Free Books and eBooks will be supplied to any tenant looking to progress with your current situation.
